インフルエンザワクチン接種のご予約を、オンライン予約上にて開始いたします。不活性化ワクチン、もしくはフルミスト（点鼻型、2歳以上～18歳以下対象）の選択が可能なため、注意事項を必ずご確認の上ご予約ください。

ご予約はネット受付のみとさせて頂きます。

お電話にてのお問い合わせやご予約にはお応え出来かねますことをご了承ください。

キャンセルの場合は、必ず事前連絡をお願い申し上げます。

Reservations for influenza vaccination will start on our website.

This year, you can choose between the inactivated vaccine or FluMist (nasal spray, available for ages 2 to 18), so please be sure to check the precautions before making your reservation.

Reservations can only be made online.
