当院では、麻しん風しん混合（MR）ワクチンのみ取り扱っており、現在その供給が間に合わない現状です。（麻しん（はしか）単体　および風しん単体のワクチンの取り扱いはございません）

つきましては、以下の通りとさせて頂きたく、ご理解のほど何卒宜しくお願いいたします。

・大人の方の任意接種に関しては、予約を受け付けておりません。

・お子様の定期接種のみ、予約を受け付けいたします。

　※対象年齢：１期　生後12ケ月以上24ケ月未満

　　　　　　　２期　小学校就学前の１年間（年長児）

※但し、ご予約を入れて頂いた日の時点で欠品となっている場合もあり、

その際はその旨、当院からご連絡いたします。連絡がない場合は、在庫が確約されているので、ご予定通りご来院のほどお願いいたします。

MR vaccines (measle and rubella combined) are currently short in supply.

(We do not have vaccines only for measles, vaccines only for rubella)

We are currently accepting reservations for vaccination for children at this time, and not for adults.

May we ask for your understanding on this.

Measles/rubella vaccination schedule for children is as follows:

1st immunization: 12 months old up to 24 months

2nd immunization: one year before entering elementary school
