・If you wish to receive a vaccination at public expense, please be sure to bring the medical card or pre-examination ticket distributed in advance. Please note that if you forget to bring your vaccination on the day, you will have to pay for it yourself.
・Due to the expected large number of people wishing to be vaccinated, we may not be able to accept reservations on your desired date and time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

・However, if the vaccination is covered by Minato City's public funds, there will be no vaccination fee as long as you bring the pre-examination slip that was sent to you. If you have other pre-examination tickets that are subsidized, you will be required to pay the difference depending on the amount of each subsidy.
・Patients who currently have reservations for general examinations on weekdays can receive the influenza vaccine during that time if they wish. In that case, please be sure to let us know in advance by phone to ensure stock availability.
